Join me as I participate in the Friends of Shawnee Town Arts & Crafts Fair & Fall Festival on September 21 at Shawnee Town 1929, 11501 W 57th St., Shawnee, KS The 44th annual event will feature over 130 vendors showcasing their handmade,  homemade and re-purposed items. Kids' activities and live music also are  included in the day's events. Admission is $1 per person. All money  raised benefits the museum and its' educational programs. Hours are 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., and you can see my upcycled aprons like the one pictured here.
