September 7–9 - An Affair of the Heart
Ozark Empire Fairgrounds, 3001 N Grant Ave, Springfield, Missouri
Browse retailers from across the nation selling unique, one-of-a-kind items celebrating the craft, skill, art and style of the vendor. The second annual show will feature 100 vendors selling everything from housewares and antiques to jewelry, clothing, home décor, handmade items, furniture and gourmet foods.
October 5-6 - Pumpkin Patch Arts and Crafts Fair
Cico Park, West Kimball Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas
The 45th annual fair is sponsored by the Mercy Auxiliary, a service organization helping the local hospital. This event is free to the public with free parking available. There will be local vendors selling handmade and refurbished arts and crafts as well as exhibitors demonstrating various skills and trades. There will be attractions and activities for children as well!
October 19-20 - Pioneer Harvest Arts and Crafts
Bourbon County Fairgrounds, South Horton Street, Fort Scott, Kansas
Handmade items are available at this craft show as part of the Pioneer Harvest Fiesta. The 62nd annual event at the fairgrounds includes the craft show, quilt show, flea market and of course, the gas and steam engine show with several agricultural demonstrations.
October 27 - Holiday Treasures Craft Festival
Shawnee Civic Center, 13817 Johnson Drive, Shawnee, Kansas
Beat the crowds this holiday season and pick up some unique, hand-crafted holiday gifts while you are at it! Admission is free, you have nothing to lose and the perfect holiday gift to gain!
November 3 - Church of the Magdalen Bazaar
Magdalen Catholic School, 2221 N. 127th St. East, Wichita, Kansas
The 45th annual art and crafts bazaar sponsored by the church's altar society will feature over 100 vendors, delicious foods, baked goods and an opportunity to win prizes. There is a $2 admission, children under age 6 are free. (No strollers are allowed.) Proceeds benefit the altar society and other parish needs.
December 1 - Holiday Extravaganza
Lawrence Sports Pavilion, 100 Rock Chalk Lane, Lawrence, Kansas
The Lawrence Parks and Recreation Department hosts arts and crafts fairs throughout the year for exhibitors to showcase and sell their work. These events are free and open to the public.
