This great vintage fabric was discovered at an estate sale of a missionary woman who had brought it back from Africa (sorry, they did not know in which country she served). The great colors combine to make a wonderful cobbler apron. Burgundy, gold, turquoise, green and blue all are colors used in the wavy design of the fabric.
A pocket area divided into three sections goes across the entire apron front; burgundy buttons mark the divisions. Vintage white lace trims the top of the apron pocket area and goes across the bodice. The bodice lace also features burgundy buttons. Burgundy trim was used to edge the apron and for the side ties.
The apron measures 13 1/2 inches across the bodice. It tapers to 15 1/2 inches across the hips.
The length is 24 inches from the top center to the hemline, and 28 inches from the shoulder seams to the hemline.
The ties are each 23 inches.
This apron best fits sizes small, medium or large.
