What fun! These vintage embroidered brooms are an unusual choice for embroidery work that makes it a privilege to use this dresser scarf to create a half apron.

Red buttons are used for decoration and to help attach the scarf to the gathered-waist apron. There are a few stains as shown in the last photo.
