Scalloped Edge Apron from Vintage White Hand Towel / Full-Length Apron for Women Size XS-M

A very large and beautiful white vintage cotton hand towel was chosen as the basis for this full-length apron. Look closely at the fabric and you can see it is not plain white, but actually has an imprinted diamond shape. It is similar to a huck cloth. Scalloped edging appears at both the top and bottom of the apron. Adding to the look is a cutout floral design at the bottom of the apron. To balance this look, a row of scalloped edge white eyelet was added across the bodice.

The three-pocket section is created from a vintage white doily with embroidered flowers -- blue on the bottom left and right, and pink in the center. Vintage rounded blue buttons were added to market the pocket divisions. Different vintage blue buttons are placed on the bodice eyelet lace. Blue was chosen for the neck and waist ties. There is one small spot that can be found on the apron fabric.

The apron waist is 22 inches.
The length is 36 inches.
The ties are 27 inches.
This apron best fits sizes extra small to medium.
