Birdhouse Theme Quilt Top Apron Fits Sizes M - L - XL

Birds of a Feather is the theme of this petite-fitting apron made from a wall quilt top.

Sized to fit the petite person, this apron features appliques of birdhouses and bird-theme details. "Fine Feathered Friends" and "A Bird in the Hand" are written in two of the blocks. The birdhouses each feature a button. Plaid fabric in navy is between the blocks.

Other colors used are different blues, burgundy, beige, gold and green. Navy was chosen for the trim and ties. To adjust the length, simply place a knot in the neck ties where desired.

In a sense, this apron is reversible. Vintage homespun plaid fabric, shown in the last two photos, was used as the backing so you could turn it "inside out" to save the pretty side while you are cooking. However, keep in mind that all of those buttons on the front may be uncomfortable when facing your body if you do turn it around.

The apron bodice is 11 1/2 inches.
The waist is 18 inches.
The length is 27 inches, definitely shorter than most aprons.
The waist ties are each 30 inches.
This apron best fits women's sizes extra small or small.
