Dutch Tea Towel Apron Fits Sizes S-M

Honestly, I cannot figure out what the tea towel made into this apron says even with trying to use internet translation websites. You might think it has something to do with the figures showing a Dutch boy and girl in traditional clothing. If you know, please message me with the information.

The white towel shows the figures and the words in a lovely blue color done with machine stitching. The girl and boy seem to be winding yarn. Vintage blue bias binding was ironed flat and added in three rows at the bodice top to add interest and balance. The waist and necks ties are in blue. To adjust the length, simply place a knot in the neck ties where desired.

There were a few holes in the towel, one that had already been repaired (photo nine). Other repairs also were made (photo ten). There also was a spot on the towel that remains in the bodice area. Please consider these factors before purchase.

The apron bodice is 11 1/2 inches.
The waist is 20 inches. This apron is very narrow.
The length is 32 inches from the top bodice center to the hemline.
The ties are each 28 inches.
This apron best fits sizes small or medium.
